Family Programming
What Ladies Playbook provides
Financial Literacy
A season-long curriculum that helps families build real financial guardrails while the paycheck is still coming: budgeting through peak-earning years, planning for the average short career, and preparing for life after the league.
Relationship Preservation
Monthly relationship-focused programming and in-person dinners and panels that give couples tools to protect their marriage through the pressures of relocation, travel and public life, before cracks become permanent.
Individual Self-Growth
Purpose and identity work, sisterhood community, and wellness resources so every partner has an identity, a support system, and a sense of direction that exists independent of her partner's career.
The NHL Calendar
Built around your season
Built around hockey's long calendar, training camp through the offseason.

Relocation, simplified. Building community fast.
Early Season

From the Founder
Why this exists.
Atoya Burleson spent 11 years living the NFL lifestyle as a player's wife, married to Nate Burleson, navigating relocations, injuries, and the highs and lows no one prepares you for. Ladies Playbook is the resource she wished existed then — built from lived experience and a sisterhood she has been part of since 2003. Partners who genuinely serve that need belong here. Partners who just want the audience do not.
